MEET OUR TEAM
KUNAL SHAH, MD
Dr. Kunal Shah graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2003. After completing her training in pediatrics, she went on to complete further training in Allergy and Immunology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She currently sees patients as an Allergist in Purcellville, VA since 2015 at the Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center. She has been the driving energy behind Shahnti since we first opened our doors in 2018.

Dr. Shah's passion for learning has expanded her expertise in nutrition, wellness, and beauty. Her interest in aesthetic medicine started as a young adult as she suffered from problematic skin. In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys running after her three children, being an avid participant of the Round Hill Elementary PTA, dancing, exercising and spending time with her friends and family.
RONAK SHAH, MD
Dr. Ronak Shah received his medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 2001. He then completed his training in Emergency Medicine in 2005 at Brown University. He has worked as an emergency physician at trauma centers in Rhode Island, New York, as well as at a Mayo Clinic hospital in Minnesota. Currently, he works in the Emergency Department at Winchester Medical Center since 2014.

Dr. Shah became interested in regenerative medicine after finally acknowledging that one day he too will start getting older. To keep him active and young, Dr. Shah is a fitness fanatic who gets cranky when he doesn't get time to exercise. During his free time he tackles his "honey do" list and enjoys spending time with his three children.
CASEY ELMORE, RN, BSN
Casey Elmore has a BS in Health Promotions from Appalachian State University and a BS in Nursing from George Mason University. Casey started her nursing career at Sibley Hospital in Washington, D.C. in the Med/Surg & Orthopedic unit eventually moving into the Emergency Department. After a few years she fulfilled her nursing dream of becoming a travel nurse and worked in Texas and California before making a big move to Australia with her husband, Tim. They now have 3 wild and wonderful children and reside in WV with two dogs and lots of chickens.

Casey also has experience in cardiology, home health and rheumatology where she primarily focused on infusions. She brings this expertise to Shahnti where she offers a multitude of services including IV therapy.
​
When not driving kids to events or practices, Casey loves to read, travel and volunteer. She will be attending a mission trip to Kenya in the summer of 2025.
CASSAUNDRA FERRIGNO, LE
Meet Cassaundra, our very own Licensed Esthetician. Cassaundra started as a receptionist at Shahnti in 2021 while attending Dermal Science International in Reston, VA. Since 2022, Cassaundra has offered a full panel of esthetician services. She specializes in customized facials to fit your specific needs and concerns along with Diamond Glow services. A graduate of Loudoun Valley High School, Cassaundra has always been interested in helping others feel confident in their own skin while teaching them tips and tricks so they can always put their #bestfaceforward.
DEANNA COFFEY
When you first walk into Shahhti, you will be greeted by Deanna, our concierge and office manager. Deanna is a native Californian and a proud military wife of over 30 years. She is the mother of two grown children and two Great Pyrenees rescue dogs, whom she adores. Deanna and her family have been part of the local community since 2010 and greatly enjoy living in the Northern Virginia area. She loves all aspects of her role as concierge, with a particular fondness for interacting with clients.
WENDY EVERSOLE
The smiling face that may meet you when you first enter Shahnti is Wendy Eversole. Wendy first came to Shahnti as a client, and her interest in skin care and wellness made her a perfect fit! Wendy has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and although she started as a receptionist at Shahnti, her main job now is to keep the Drs. Shah on schedule.

Wendy is originally from New York, but has spent most of her life in Northern Virginia and raised her family in Western Loudoun. Wendy makes it her mission to welcome all our clients with warm smile and some friendly chit chat while you wait.
